My final digipak design is inspired by the performance section of my music video. My audience feedback helped me to come to this decision and include the things that I have or haven't. The front cover of my digipak has a black and white filter effect on the image of the band as this fits in with my genre of alternative rock more so than having the band in colour. The positioning of the band is the same in the music video and follows the typical codes and conventions of my genre as the main singer is at the front with the drummer and the guitarist behind and to the side therefore, the main singer/character is the main focus point as she is most likely going to be the most well-known with the audience. The name of the band is placed in the top corner and is written in big, bold, 3D font which draws attention to it and would make the audience remember the name of my band. The 'A' of the 'AMORÉ' has an image of a butterfly attached to it which helps to enforce the idea of the storyline from my music video as butterflies are also a symbol of being a survivor of a mental health problem such as depression or anorexia. This helps to show the seriousness of the song and the message within the music video as it is a serious topic that the video is confronting. It would also allow the audience to relate to the song or video if they have/are suffering with a similar issue and lets them know a little bit about my product before they have purchased it. The topic of mental health issues can be said to link back to alternative rock genre and therefore, I am conforming to my chosen genre. The back cover of my final digipak design has an ombre effect of black and white which are colours that fit in with the genre. I have also included the name of the band at the top to reinforce the audience remembering the name of m band and bringing about as much popularity as I can. the first track is just the single in its normal form, the second is a club remix of the single which would interest people that like going out clubbing or partying, this would probably suit most of my target audience as old teenagers and young adults would be the most popular ages that go out. The third track is the single's live version which would interest the audience members as they could hear the energy of my band whilst performing live and the cheers of the audience who were enjoying it, this would also help persuade people to go and see my band live in concert. The fourth and final track is a bonus track of another song, this would also intrigue the audience as they would want on listen to this song and would help to persuade them to buy the album. The inside right (disc) has a black background with black and white checks; the same as what it was on my digipak design plan. this follows the conventions of my genre as black and white is a popular colour scheme and checkered shirts are a popular item of clothing. The inside left has a black and white ombre background but instead of being plain, it has the song title repeated all over the page. This helps to suggest the meaning behind the lyrics of the song and also the storyline of my music as this title repeated suggests people that suffer with mental health problems have messy, full, overbearing heads and are struggling.
